Mr. Nelson represents individuals and closely-held businesses in tax and business issues and in all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, long-term care planning, charitable and planned giving, retirement planning and executive compensation. He publishes professional tax and estate planning articles, acts as a mediator, and serves chair of the MSBA Probate & Trust legislation committee.
